Mel's path into mentorship did not begin in business.
It began in transformation.
With over a decade of experience in fitness, performance training, and human potential work, Mel became deeply fascinated by one recurring pattern:
Most people do not fail because they lack knowledge.
They struggle because their identity, nervous system, and subconscious behaviors are not aligned with the level of life or business they are trying to build.
This realization led Mel to study behavior change, leadership psychology, and somatic capacity training, eventually expanding her work into entrepreneurship mentorship.
Today, she helps creators and entrepreneurs install the internal and external structures required to build businesses that support both impact and sustainability.
From Strategy To Identity-Based Leadership
Mel noticed that many business programs focused exclusively on tactics — funnels, marketing strategies, or offer frameworks — without addressing the deeper patterns that cause inconsistency, burnout, or self-sabotage.
Her work evolved into integrating:
- NLP-based behavior reprogramming
- Nervous system regulation for visibility and growth
- Identity installation and authority embodiment
- Business ecosystem design and monetization infrastructure
- AI-assisted implementation tools
This integrated methodology became the foundation of the Magnetic Mastery Method™.
Creator Ecosystem
Mel is the creator of Creator Coven Mastermind, an implementation-based mentorship container designed to help entrepreneurs build aligned offers, magnetic messaging, and scalable business infrastructure.
She also founded MONDAi, a sacred software ecosystem where entrepreneurs build, automate, and host their digital businesses.
Together, these platforms allow Mel to guide clients through both transformation and operational execution — ensuring education translates into real-world results.
Credentials & Experience
Mel brings a multidisciplinary background spanning human performance, behavioral change, and business implementation. She is a NASM Master Trainer with extensive experience in applied movement science, coaching psychology, and client transformation. She is currently completing Master NLP Practitioner training, with a focus on subconscious patterning, identity-based behavior change, and leadership development.
Her work integrates evidence-informed methodologies, including somatics, nervous system regulation, and behavioral coaching, with practical business mentorship. This helps entrepreneurs translate insight into execution, build durable systems, and strengthen sustainable performance.
Mel is also a facilitator of The Energy Codes by Sue Morter, supporting clients in developing internal coherence, embodied self-regulation, and greater capacity for visibility, leadership, and change.
Beyond Business
Mel doesn't primarily identify as a "business coach." She sees her work as the privilege of walking alongside entrepreneurs called to create impact.
In her view, growth is not simply a matter of tactics. It is a capacity question:
Can your nervous system hold the reality you say you want? Can your identity sustain what your vision requires?
